Weigh Day

I totally sucked this week! I only worked out 2 times and I'm PMS-y so I didn't do well on the eating. I also drank on Saturday. OK, back on the wagon today because I weigh 136. I gained 2 pounds from last time. The good news is, I'm still down 4 from my original weight.

I share your pain. I fell off the horse due to sickness this week. You know how some people get sick and lose their appetite? Well, apparently I wasn't that kind of sick, because mine involved a runny nose and a sinus headache and my appetite didn't suffer at all!! :) I only worked out 3 of my 6 workouts this week. And since I felt bad I didn't make myself be hungry all the time. So, I was surprised this morning when I had lost one pound. I'm feeling pretty good about that. But look out girls I am recovered and back on the horse........ wagon...... whatever!!!

Wish I could be there! I need to be!!! Was looking forward to it until I realized the kids have a b-day party at 12:45. :-( I am going to try to go tomorrow morning at some point since there is no school.

I didn't loose any this week. :-(

Hi Girls, I'm going to try to post.... I'm computer illiterate you know. I lost 1 lb. this week, down to 107, no snickering!! I really do have to drop a few lb. My jeans have begun to cut into my middle. I joined up for the motivation! And someone will have fun spending my 20 bucks!! Keep up the good work and good luck to all!! Love Ya Sue

I was bad this past week too, I went to a crop this weekend, so I sat for like 10 hours straight o something like that!!! And they had this fantastic snack buffet the two days, with Chocolate fountain and everything, so just imagine!!! and I'm PMS too, so the horrible result is NOTHING!! I didn't gain, but I didn't lost either.

YAHOO! 150! I lost 2 more lbs. It's back into the 140's next week.

Do a little dance, sing a little song, get down tonight! (or something like that!)

Sue keeps saying "you didn't post this week"! So here I am! I lost two punds this week and have been faithful to my treadmill and pretty good about my diet. My husband is out of town right now so it makes it easier not having to prepare meals! Sheri
