Hey, quick update...

*Been really busy with a bunch of things and I haven't been blogging or reading blogs.
I miss you!

*Tomorrow afternoon will be wholly devoted to blog time!

*I weigh 135. 1 down from last week, 5 down from original.
How about you?

Hi All, I'm down 1 more from last weeks 107, this week is 106. Keep in mind I weigh top of the day naked, so of course by evening its always more, but I always weigh that way.... Just didnt want youall to think I was wasting away to nothing!! Keep up the good work!! Love Ya Sue

Hello "Groupies".....
I only lost 1 pound this week.....dang it! Bummer doody ....but I feel like I am loosing a few inches...thank GAWD!!!!! the ole tread mill and I have become very good buddies...alas....I think that puts me at 6....??? Sarah is that right hon? Let me know...;o)
So I am off to eat anything I can find in the fridge.....oven...ground.....potato cellar.......LOL

Well didn't lose any this week. :-( But I am hoping to be back on the wagon working out this next week...atleast life has slowed down a tadbit in the evenings.

Sarah I wasn't there either...had to do a make up session for E's gymnastics. I am hoping to make it next week...we shall see. For the next two weeks it seems like I have stuff every day.

Chocolate Calories

A good piece of chocolate has about 200 calories. As I enjoy
two servings per night, and a few more on weekends, I
consume 3,500 calories of chocolate in a week, which equals
one pound of weight per week.

Therefore...

In the last 3 1/2 years, I have had a chocolate caloric
intake of about 180 pounds. I weigh only 157 pounds, so
without chocolate, I would have wasted away to nothing about
three months ago!

I owe my life to chocolate.

I have been an advocate of the dark chocolate data for years. Only sweets I eat.

I have 3 weeks of a whole lotta crap going on, classes, chasing grandkids, weddings, relatives in town. It doesn't look like I'm going to get anywhere close to a routine until after this next week. So, in the meantime I am sneaking in workouts whenever I can, and watching what I eat. I am holding right now at 150. BTW, when is the end of the challenge, I forget?
